Within the metropolitan city, the cost of projects that have been incomplete for a long time will be deducted from technical, social and economic points of view, and for this, a proposal/planning working group will be formed and within the metropolitan area, In the case of projects that were contracted and operated from 2074/75 to 2079/80 but could not be completed due to various reasons and cannot be extended according to the prevailing procedures, if an application for renewal is submitted by the relevant consumer committee after evaluation, the project will be evaluated and renewed in the same condition as it is.
